COVID-19 FINANCIAL assistance

Bank Leumi USA is committed to supporting our clients in their time of need. If you are experiencing financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 situation, we have options that may help you. For clients who are directly impacted:

  • Late fees for credit cards and overdraft fees and interest may be waived and refunded upon request.
  • Penalty-free withdrawals of time deposits opened prior to March 1, 2020 may be permitted upon request.

These offers are currently available through August 31, 2020, and your eligibility for such options are subject to bank approval. SBA PAYCHECK PROTECTION PROGRAM INFORMATION

The Small Business Administration finalized the interim final rules for the Paycheck Protection Program on April 2, 2020.  Please find information related to the final rulemaking here.

International  Mail Delivery & E-Communication Update

The U.S. Postal Service has temporarily halted international mail delivery to certain countries as a result of the global pandemic. If you live in an impacted area, you will not receive paper mail from us at this time. In order to continue providing you the highest level of service, we are encouraging all of our international clients to enroll in our online banking platform to receive electronic communications about your accounts. These electronic communications are more secure and eco-friendly than paper-based mail, and will allow us to provide you with notices, disclosures, agreements, and statements more directly via e-mail or the Leumi Online platform.
